Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:
* Liaise with program staff and hospital/facility administrators to ensure effective communication and coordination
* Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory agencies, including credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging
* Maintain and track resident information, including files and educational reimbursements
* Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and participate in discussions
* Assist with scheduling and generate reports as needed
* Review and manage internal requests for the program
* Update program information as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Two years of experience in a related field
* Valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report
* Strong time management, interpersonal, planning, and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
* Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell
* Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Other Requirements:
* Must not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or the General Services Administration (GSA)
