Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless stay for our valued guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, using positive and clear communication to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Verify and receive authorization for credit cards, handle cash, and make change as received, ensuring accurate posting of guest room charges and house account charges.
- Promptly answer guest incoming calls, input comments into the reservations as needed, and retrieve messages and communicate the content to the guest.
- Ensure accurate closeout of guest's accounts at time of departure, negotiating compromise as needed to resolve any issues.
- Field guest complaints, conducting thorough research to develop effective solutions and negotiate results.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience with hotel front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for guest services.
- Hilton brand experience is preferred.
