We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests.
- Assist with food and beverage operations, including setting tables, assisting the kitchen, and cleaning work areas.
- Replenish supplies and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
