Evaluation Services Associate

Partnerships in Education and Resilience (PEAR) is seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Services Associate to support the delivery of program evaluation services. As an independent consulting position, this role will lead evaluation projects, collect and analyze data, and disseminate findings to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, social sciences, or a related field, with experience in evaluation, data collection, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead evaluation projects, including project coordination, data collection, and analysis.
- Develop and implement data collection plans, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Analyze primary and secondary data, including qualitative and quantitative data.
- Write and produce research reports, case studies, and other evaluative materials for various audiences.
- Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in evaluation, data collection, and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Remote work.
- Must be based in the United States.
- High-speed internet connection required for videoconferences.
