Job Description

As a Lead Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, you will collaborate with top consultants to develop cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills while working with diverse clients across industries. You will be exposed to real client assignments that require your analytical skills, creativity, and ability to present results. This experience will help you build capabilities in the rewards discipline, as well as client and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with consultants and clients to design strategies and rewards programs to attract, reward, and retain talent.
  • Help clients ensure their reward programs are competitive by performing benchmarking analyses of compensation levels, program design, and other rewards practices.
  • Model pay structures and conduct financial impact analyses of alternative designs.
  • Develop, analyze, and calibrate incentive plan designs that support companies' business strategies.
  • Draft reports and exhibits presenting the team's analytical work to client audiences.
  • Perform industry and financial research.
  • Stay up-to-date on legal, regulatory, and legislative trends related to corporate governance and compensation.
  • Improve client team efficiency by identifying process improvements.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with proposals and business development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field with significant quantitative coursework.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Passion for solving problems and sharing solutions to exceed client standards.
  • Strong financial literacy is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
