Compensation Manager

The Alzheimer's Association is seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for administering compensation policies and guidelines, providing support to HR and senior leadership, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compensation principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer compensation policies and guidelines
- Provide support to HR and senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with established guidelines and procedures
- Prepare market pricing analysis and establish standards
- Participate in compensation-related projects
- Work closely with the benefits function to ensure total compensation and rewards programs are complimentary
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or Finance
- 7 years of progressive compensation analyst experience
- Certified Compensation and/or Benefits Professional desired
- Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
