Senior Compensation Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our client's compensation team at LaSalle Network. As a leader in the industry, our client provides oversight and guidance to thousands of professionals, and this role is critical in developing and managing their compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain salary structures, incentive plans, and market pricing to ensure alignment with industry standards.
  • Create and update accurate job descriptions to reflect the company's compensation philosophy.
  • Benchmark compensation programs against industry benchmarks to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Adhere to all relevant compensation laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Support HR and department leaders with compensation guidance to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and present compensation reports to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification a plus.
  • Ability to work in the Chicago office 2-3 days a week.
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in compensation strategy and design.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and compensation tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
