Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Compensation Analyst to join our team at Cision. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and administer compensation programs, including job architecture, market benchmarking, and annual salary planning.
  • Conduct analyses and provide insights to support the development, implementation, and management of compensation programs.
  • Evaluate internal and external compensation data to ensure pay equity and efficiently administer compensation practices.
  • Contribute to the design of competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Partner with People Operations to ensure data integrity within the Company's HRIS system.
  • Develop and deliver easy-to-understand compensation concepts to the organization through various channels of communication.
  • Assist in managing the annual compensation review cycle through analytical support, developing and maintaining a project plan, and partnering with other HR functions.
  • Assess and propose process solutions that build a sustainable, scalable, and equitable decision-making framework as it relates to compensation management.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of progressive experience managing compensation design and analytics within a global organization.
  • Outstanding analytical ability with an aptitude to analyze and draw inferences from large volumes of data through complex analysis.
  • Significant knowledge of rewards governance, compensation design, delivery, and communication.
  • Experience with data analytics using Excel and expertise in building automated decision support tools for compensation.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer

Cision offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 for this role, depending on relevant factors. If you are based in New York, Colorado, Washington, or California, please note that Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role.
