Senior Compensation Analyst

LaSalle Network is seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst to join their dynamic healthcare team. As a key member of the compensation team, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing compensation programs that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and administer compensation policies and programs that align with business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive positioning and equitable compensation practices
  • Evaluate job descriptions and perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary ranges
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design incentive and bonus programs that drive performance
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and management on compensation-related matters
  • Prepare and present compensation reports and analyses to senior leadership
  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze survey data to benchmark positions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation methods, and market analysis
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
