The Role
This Senior Marketing Manager position plays a crucial role in delivering our Lymphoma Marketing Vision. Reporting directly to the Bispecifics Marketing Team Director, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of our value proposition, customer positioning, and integrated customer experience.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the creation and implementation of our Lymphoma team's value proposition and customer positioning
- Leverage customer insights, including personas, customer journeys, and other data-driven tools, to drive product value and optimal integrated customer experiences
- Identify key internal network partners and external resources, aligning them with our marketing strategy, customer behavior shifts, and critical KPIs
- Execute seamless, well-integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms and channels
- Optimize all marketing content, messaging, and channel mix for target customers
- Prioritize and create personal promotional messages and resources for field-based channels in coordination with non-personal messages
- Partner with agencies and the Promotional Review Committee (PRC), ensuring compliant and effective promotional tactics

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years minimum work experience, with 3 years in a marketing role, or an Advanced Degree with 3 years of working experience and 2 years in a marketing role
- Strong customer understanding, including developing/utilizing personas, customer journeys, and segmentation tools
- Ability to articulate business needs and strategies behind campaigns or content to engage and mobilize stakeholders
- Experience with sole ownership of tactics or pieces, identifying solutions, and owning content development from start to finish
- Experience leading/managing Agency partners, developing agency briefs, and navigating the PRC process
- Contributed to integrated customer experiences across audiences and channels, including multicultural and inclusive marketing tactics

Benefits
At Genentech, we offer competitive salaries, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development. Our expected salary range for this position is $157,600 - $292,600, based on the primary location in California. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
