Job Description:

The Principal Product Marketing Manager role is a pivotal position within the B2B Product Marketing team at Page Mechanical Group, Inc. This dynamic individual will spearhead product marketing initiatives for Document Cloud, identifying key market opportunities and driving strategic growth.

In this capacity, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Finance, Category Marketing, and Analytics, to define customer segments, shape product strategy, and develop compelling value proposition messaging. Your expertise in software as a service (SaaS) and subscription models will enable you to effectively communicate priorities and influence across diverse groups. As a top-tier marketer, you possess exceptional leadership skills, strong initiative, and excellent communication abilities. Your data-driven approach will help establish relationships and credibility across various departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and drive product marketing work, encompassing messaging, customer insights, product strategy, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify new product opportunities and nurture them for growth.
  • Create compelling value proposition messaging to convince customers to try, buy, and adopt our software.
  • Partner across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams to define strategic opportunities and priorities, ensuring effective communication and rollout.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and success of product launches/roll-out, delivering on business growth objectives.
  • Design engaging marketing collateral, including product messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and other materials resonating with target audiences.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in technology companies and SaaS environments.
  • Analytical skills, well-versed in dashboards and research, utilizing and interpreting insights to advise decisions and strategic direction.
  • Demonstrated leadership success in multifaceted environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to drive high-impact business initiatives; highly collaborative work style.
  • Proficient in market research and using research and data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ability to frame issues, drive appropriate analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Proven experience working closely with enterprise sales teams to develop account plans, support deals, and be a force multiplier on key accounts.
  • Excellent project management skills, including conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, handling deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations.
  • Creative and nimble, thinking on your feet, trying new approaches, and being willing to learn from mistakes.

Pay Range:$100.00 - $111.26/hour
