Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Leader to join our team at Genovice, a forward-thinking digital solutions provider. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and support sales objectives in the pharmaceutical software space.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and support sales objectives
· Design and manage high-impact digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
· Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to define and refine messaging that aligns with customer needs and industry trends
· Create thought leadership content, such as webinars, whitepapers, and case studies, to establish Genovice as a trusted partner in pharmaceutical and manufacturing software solutions
· Lead the development and execution of marketing plans for trade shows, conferences, and other industry events
· Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
· 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or software solutions industries
· Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, and lead generation
· Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences markets, with experience promoting complex software or technology solutions
· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages for diverse audiences
· Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
· Experience managing trade show and event marketing, including pre- and post-event campaigns
· Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and KPIs to drive campaign success
