Strategic Demand Generation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Demand Generation Lead to join our Enterprise Marketing team at Wal-Mart. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaigns and increasing demand for our Enterprise and Cross-sell motions.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B demand generation, with a strong background in implementing enterprise programs and processes. You will work closely with fellow demand generation experts and product marketing teams to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and always-on marketing campaigns across email, web personalization, advertising, and content syndication.
Responsibilities
- Manage macro and micro segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and conversion
- Partner closely with sales, product marketing, and other internal teams to build and execute the B2B demand generation strategy
- Expand our distribution footprint beyond owned channels like blog, email, and social through testing and experimentation
- Account-based marketing: Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting our largest customers
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to marketing and sales leadership
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation
- Extensive experience implementing enterprise programs and processes
- Extensive demand generation skills
- Understanding and experience working with high-touch sales motions
- Comprehensive understanding of enterprise lead generation standard methodologies and industry trends
- Ability to pull reports and analyze data; feel comfortable with Excel and Tableau (analytical ability to run and build reporting)
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range $82,000 - $97,000 per year based on location and experience
