Key Responsibilities

As a Hospice RN, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care in alignment with physician directives, adhering to established standards of practice, and following company policies. Your role will include:

  • Implementing the care plan, providing treatments, and collaborating with team members to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Delivering direct patient care as defined by state regulations, including specialized tasks related to end-of-life care.
  • Coordinating hospice services and effectively communicating patient needs to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administering appropriate pain and symptom management.
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse license.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant nursing role.
