The Business Development Director is a key member of our team at Team Builders Recruiting and Consulting, LLC, responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion. Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their business needs and goals
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions that meet customer objectives
- Manage and grow large accounts, with a focus on increasing revenue and expanding customer relationships
- Minimum 7 years of direct B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in sales development and revenue growth
- Experience working with F500 companies, with a strong understanding of their business strategies and needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with experience using web, SaaS, and mobile applications a plus
The Business Development Director will receive a competitive base salary of $135,000, plus commissions and bonuses that can reach up to $225,000 in the first year. Additional benefits include a car allowance, company laptop, mobile device reimbursement, and full expense account for client entertainment.
