Job Summary

As a Director of Business Intelligence at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies to drive informed decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare business operations, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
• Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Provide training and support to end-users on business intelligence tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of healthcare business operations and data analysis principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
