Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Account Representative to join our team at our corporate office in Schaumburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing orders received from external customers and INX employees. Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing orders for billing and related functions
• Investigating and responding to customer concerns about product, service, or billing
• Performing consignment inventory and billing functions
• Preparing reports for management and customers
• Providing administrative support to mini plant accounts by entering data associated with inventory capture movement and relief
• Conducting searches for internal and external procurement of materials, both raw and finished goods; maintaining related mini plant data in SAP
