Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join our team at TTM Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct engineering and procedural control tests to support manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot process and equipment technical issues, develop solutions, and partner with engineering to implement into production processes
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance (PM) tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Run tests through production lines and assist engineering with evaluation and standardization
- Perform process control activities, including measuring product and performing tests
- Monitor manufacturing output and perform failure analysis for engineering
- Take measurements for process control and gather measurement data for engineering
- Document new procedures and prepare reports for engineering
- Respond to data on process control charts, maintain material movement spreadsheets, and report results
- Ability to interpret CAD documents and deliver training to members of the operations group
- Strong math, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and processes to identify outliers
- Proven written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing
- Computer and data entry skills, with experience working with MS Office Suite and the ability to generate engineering reports
- Able to work independently as well as with a team, with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to pivot to evolving priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Able to read, write, and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job
AS in a technical field preferred, but not required. 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with previous equipment maintenance experience preferred but not required.
