Della Infotech is seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Tech to join our team. As an Educator - Central Sterile Tech, you will be responsible for the preparation, processing, and storage of medical/surgical instruments and equipment. Your duties will include receiving, sorting, and decontamination of surgical/clinic items and instrumentation, inspection and packaging of single instruments and instrument kits, and accurate inventory assignment relating to the case cart build process. You will also be responsible for identifying appropriate sterilization methods and cycles, and documenting all sterile processes. Additionally, you will assist in the training of new educators and perform regular assignments when not training. If you have experience with flexible endoscope reprocessing, this is a plus. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold a certification in CRCST or CBSPD. The position requires a strong understanding of EMR systems, specifically EPIC and SPM, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends. If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for infection control, we encourage you to apply.
