Position Overview:

This role involves working alongside fellow caregivers to provide comprehensive care to residents, including assisting with hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs). We offer competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $43,000 to $61,000 per year, based on experience and shifts worked. Additional benefits include immediate hiring, weekly pay, shift differentials, multiple bonus opportunities, ongoing education and training, and a supportive leadership and team environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff.
  • Assist residents with hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
  • Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and monitor food and fluid intake.
  • Observe residents and report any health issues to the nursing staff.
  • Transport residents within the facility as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a CNA program.
  • Current State Certification and in good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Must meet the requirements set by the Department of Health.
