We are in search of a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to enhance our presence in the Houston and South Texas regions. This position will concentrate on expansion efforts within Texas and Louisiana.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing NFC, demonstrating a commitment to formulating and executing a successful sales strategy.

Objective: To foster sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating robust relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a growth strategy that emphasizes both financial success and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to pinpoint new opportunities within the Texas and Louisiana markets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Organize business meetings with potential clients.
  • Advocate for the company's products and services by addressing or anticipating client needs.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Deliver Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Development Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a comparable role.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • In-depth market knowledge.
