As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in representing NFC, demonstrating a commitment to formulating and executing a successful sales strategy.
Objective: To foster sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and cultivating robust relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a growth strategy that emphasizes both financial success and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint new opportunities within the Texas and Louisiana markets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Organize business meetings with potential clients.
- Advocate for the company's products and services by addressing or anticipating client needs.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Development Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Qualifications and Skills:
