About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive IV to join our team at Vericast. As a key member of our Major & Strategic Accounts sales team, you will be responsible for delivering digital & analog marketing, payments, deposit & loan acquisition, and other engagement solutions to our existing bank and credit union clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent complex sales cycles with average opportunity values ranging from $250k to $500k.
  • Prospect within your existing account territory to identify and qualify new opportunities, deepen existing client relationships, and generate incremental business.
  • Consult with bank and credit union clients on business issues and marketing program design, understanding client needs, negotiating costs and services, and resolving sales or delivery issues.
  • Partner with Strategists & SMEs to develop insightful proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations and Delivery Teams to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients.
  • Travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects, with an expected travel percentage of 50%.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with a consistent track record of over-performance.
  • Experience with multi-channel marketing disciplines and recent solutions sales experience within a bank, credit union, fintech, SaaS, consulting, or other financial services-related company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels within the organization and outside.
  • Ability to interpret marketplace needs and translate them into products/services, adapt easily to change, and deliver formal/high-impact presentations.
  • Highly developed client solution selling and targeting skills, with a strong track record of success in achieving and exceeding annual quota and business objectives.
