Role Summary:
The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and addressing business gaps through data analysis and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Techno-Functional Consultant with over 5 years of professional experience in Oracle Applications, specifically within the Oracle ERP Application R12.2.x framework.
  • Engage in system analysis, design, development, and post-implementation support for Oracle Applications E-Business Suite.
  • Exhibit strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Applications, including Manufacturing INV-Inventory, WIP-Work in Progress, BOM-Bills of Materials, Oracle Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Supply Chain Management, and Application Object Library.
  • Demonstrate experience in the implementation, upgrade, and support of Oracle Manufacturing, Purchasing, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Possess a solid understanding of ERP Applications Client-Server Technologies, along with development, testing, support, upgrades, and tuning of Oracle Manufacturing, Purchasing, Order Management, and Financials.
  • Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within an ERP context.
  • Utilize advanced skills in SQL, PL/SQL, D2K (Forms & Reports), interfaces, conversions, extensions, Oracle Alerts, and lookups.
  • Implement XML Publisher Reports, workflows, and OA Framework (OAF).
  • Design reports based on specifications and assess reporting needs accordingly.
  • Develop programs using SQL loader and PL/SQL procedures for data migration from legacy systems, with proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting.
  • Maintain logs to track reporting activities effectively.
  • Understand Multi-Organization Access Control (MOAC) architecture and its implications on custom program development, including reports, forms, and PL/SQL packages.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and troubleshoot issues, considering both immediate and long-term impacts of proposed solutions.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams and collaborate with offshore teams for knowledge transfer and development support.
  • Display excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Possess extensive functional and technical skills in business user interaction, system requirement gathering, application development, customizations, and software implementation in diverse environments.
Qualifications:
