Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Procurement and Contract Management: Oversee the procurement process, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
- Hospital Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with our hospital partners, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize our supply chain operations and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
- Experience: 4+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, including 1+ years in a leadership role with a proven track record of supply chain management, account management, and contract negotiation.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, supply chain management, or related field.
- Skills and Knowledge: Healthcare supply chain expertise, account management, contract negotiation, group purchasing organizations, healthcare MMIS, data-driven decision making, leadership and communication, problem-solving and critical thinking.
