Key Responsibilities

Role Overview:

Supply Chain Associate Analyst In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
  • Guiding the team to address daily operational challenges and achieve both short-term and long-term performance objectives.
  • Facilitating cross-departmental communication to aid in resolving operational hurdles.
  • Inspiring team members to meet planned targets.
  • Organizing and leading team meetings (e.g., pre-shift briefings, roundtable discussions).
  • Resolving daily operational challenges.
  • Implementing and enforcing policies and practices while initiating projects.
  • Conducting presentations and formal training sessions.
  • Enhancing team communication and engagement.
  • Encouraging innovative thinking and challenging the team to adopt the same mindset.
  • Assisting in the analysis and development of supply chain metrics and business processes.
  • Reporting findings to team members and management as necessary.
  • Supporting various elements of project management, including business case analysis, detailed requirements, software design/testing/deployment, and issue management.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $64,600 - $87,000 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Factors such as role, degree discipline, degree level, and location influence the final starting salary.
  • Compensation for campus hires is predetermined and non-negotiable.
  • PepsiCo provides a comprehensive benefits package, which may include Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), and a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan. Paid time off is subject to eligibility, including parental leave, vacation, sick leave, and bereavement.
Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.

  • Capability to manage large projects independently.
  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.

  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and developing reporting tools.
  • Strong coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with all organizational levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • This position is open to individuals with the right to work in the United States.
  • Completion of final year of undergraduate studies is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree must be obtained prior to the intended start date.
  • A minimum GPA of 2.75 is required.
