About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Account Manager to join our team at Perficient. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Oracle channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the Oracle channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Oracle field sales teams and clients to drive new business opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through the Oracle channel, leveraging your network and expertise.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel to client sites as needed (up to 50% travel) to build relationships and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Oracle channel.
  • Years of experience in services sales or professional consulting, with a focus on enterprise sales.
  • Hunting mentality with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Extensive experience crafting and executing plans to close large revenue projects.
  • Proven experience co-selling in the Oracle partner channel (ERP, EPM & SCM).
  • Significant business relationships and personal network of senior business and IT objectives.
  • Knowledge of structured sales methodologies, such as Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, Power-based Selling, and Target Account Selling.
