Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits, particularly in managing open enrollment processes. Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and maintenance of Oracle HCM Benefits modules to meet business needs.
  • Open Enrollment Management: Lead the open enrollment cycle, ensuring effective setup, testing, and resolution of issues.
  • Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter authority on Oracle HCM Benefits, delivering solutions and configurations within the Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits framework.
  • Technical Support: Utilize technical skills for report development in BIP/OTBI and benefits-specific fast formula creation.
  • Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate integrations between Oracle HCM Benefits and other systems.
  • Compliance: Maintain adherence to relevant regulations and standards in the management of employee benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 5 years in Oracle HCM Benefits techno-functional roles.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Oracle HCM Benefits configuration.
  • Functional Skills: Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, benefits administration, and open enrollment.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with business users.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits certification is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational capabilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
