Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be proficient in B2B prospecting and sales, conducting discovery calls, delivering impactful demonstrations, negotiating terms, and maintaining a solid track record of securing new business. Key attributes include:

Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading business acquisition efforts with small to medium-sized enterprises, including:
- Identifying new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social networking
- Scheduling appointments with contractors and home remodeling firms
- Driving sales for Modernize Home Services and connecting with key decision-makers
- Implementing a consultative sales approach
- Managing your sales pipeline and clearly communicating progress towards sales goals
- Overseeing a comprehensive sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, utilizing effective sales strategies
- Conducting sales meetings and presenting professional proposals to key stakeholders
- Assisting in financial forecasting and monitoring operational efficiency
- Ensuring smooth integration of services for business owners
- Utilizing CRM systems to maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and retention through strong client relationships
- Collaborating with the Account Management team for non-sales inquiries
- Participating in ongoing sales training and development
- Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in Affiliate Marketing, Live-Call Transfers, SaaS, or Technology
- Experience with a consultative, solution-oriented sales methodology
- A proven history of exceeding sales quotas in competitive environments
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably SFDC
- A strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- A track record of success in fast-paced sales or startup settings
- A passion for sales and a proactive, 'hunter' mentality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to adapt and thrive in a high-growth environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually, subject to adjustment based on the company's compensation policies and the applicant's location. This role is also eligible for performance bonuses, commissions, and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
