As an Account Executive, you will work closely with our channel partners to tailor solutions that drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical foundation and experience in identifying client needs to align effective solutions that address their challenges. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating the benefits of our products and services, as well as navigating objections.

Success in this role requires a comprehensive understanding of IT, Networking, Data Center, Security, Compliance, and Application Development operations. A foundational knowledge of the relevant technologies and frameworks is crucial for supporting our clients in achieving their service level objectives. A genuine passion for problem-solving and client satisfaction is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new client accounts.
  • Support channel partners in delivering Syringa's core service offerings.
  • Assist clients in managing vendor relationships.
  • Adapt to a modern work environment, including potential travel to client and partner locations.
  • Coordinate technical demonstrations of our 'As A Service' solutions.
  • Provide insights on the 'As A Service' market across various technology sectors.
  • Develop comparison matrices based on client requirements and features.
  • Contribute to the creation of vendor scorecards for RFI and RFP initiatives.
  • Consult with clients on complex, multi-technology projects.
  • Review contracts, including NDAs and MSAs.
  • Participate in educational training and industry seminars.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in Telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, engineering, or executive leadership within business or IT operations.
  • Proven success in selling to enterprise-level accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 'As A Service' and technology brokerage markets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a friendly approach.
  • Familiarity with computer systems, Microsoft modern work suite, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.
  • Ability to meet sales and service objectives.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Capability to work effectively and productively in a remote setting.
