We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to launch and develop the New England Region in the US area.

This position requires experience in architectural engineering and owner sales, with a proven track record of relationship/consultative sales in the specification market.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Work closely with distribution partners and independent reps to promote our products">
  • Calling on architects, engineers, owners, and contractors to introduce and technically consult for waterproofing, roofing, and surfacing projects">
  • Follow-up through our CRM system with simple sales reporting and opportunity tracking systems">
  • Visit project sites and review conditions for application of materials">
  • Offer scopes of work and specifications for projects">
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention">
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products">
  • Conduct group presentations through PowerPoint and trade organizational involvement">
