About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchase Transaction Coordinator to join our team at Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies. As a key member of our closing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of residential real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation and review of residential settlement statements and closing disclosures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of transactions.
  • Manage pre-closing, closing, and post-closing activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare and review closing documents, including contracts, deeds, and title policies.
  • Coordinate the signing of closing documents and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
  • Work collaboratively with the closing team to resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process.
Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in title or closing company preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills required.
  • National purchase closing experience and proficiency in ResWare or similar closing software preferred.
