We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Logistic Technician to assist our team in the completion of routine tasks, including medication delivery, expiration date inspections, and retail pharmacy duties.
Key Responsibilities- Medication Delivery
Perform batch and off-batch production run delivery, medication cassettes delivery, and meds to beds delivery from retail pharmacy. - Medication Expiration Date Inspection
Conduct medication expiration date inspections in the pharmacy department, nursing units, and ambulatory care site. - Receiver/Medication Replenishment
Receipt of purchased medications from manufacturers and wholesalers, replenishment of medications and supplies to pharmacy storage shelves, and retrieval of medication during pharmaceutical recalls. - Cleaning
Perform cleaning of medication storage shelves, bins, refrigerators, and Pyxis Medstations. - Retail Pharmacy
Receiver, register/cashier, patient triage, and answer phone calls.
- Basic computer skills, including use of Windows operating system.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in retail or hospital pharmacy.
