As an IT Business Systems Consultant, you will tackle critical challenges that impact the core of our operations. This key role will allow you to deepen your knowledge in business process management, systems analysis, and data analytics. Your skills in relationship management, systems expertise, and strategic communication will be crucial for your success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams to spearhead process enhancements and project initiatives.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct and document sessions to thoroughly understand current business processes, identify challenges, and explore opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Mapping: Clearly define and communicate existing and future business processes using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN).
  • Change Management: Lead and support initiatives to ensure the successful implementation of new processes and features.
  • Documentation and Communication: Simplify complex issues and concepts into clear, concise documentation that can be effectively communicated to stakeholders, peers, and leadership.
  • Expertise Development: Position yourself as the primary functional expert for essential business systems.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Systems Analysis or Business Operations, showcasing a strong ability to enhance software functionalities and business processes using agile methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of identifying system inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success in working with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives, possessing the insight to know when to advocate and when to explore alternative approaches.
  • Agile Methodologies: Practical understanding of agile software development practices and a comprehensive grasp of business operations, particularly in system analysis and design.
  • Curiosity and Initiative: A proactive approach to exploring new systems and technologies, asking insightful questions to quickly acquire knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong organizational and analytical abilities. Capable of presenting complex ideas clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint, to facilitate data analysis, system modeling, and presentations.
  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in information systems, analytics, business administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
