Key Responsibilities:

  • Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify the sources of pest activity. Develop and implement effective solutions using a range of products and services to eliminate pest presence. Carry out pest treatments and install necessary products to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to pest issues, recommending appropriate services to address their concerns. Inform customers about additional service offerings that could enhance their experience.
  • Ongoing Education: Gain in-depth knowledge of the various products and services offered by Bain Pest Control Service through comprehensive, paid training. Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations within the pest control sector. Participate in employer-sponsored training sessions focused on new methods and products in our pest control solutions portfolio. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and certifications, funded by Bain Pest Control Service.

Qualifications:

  • Successfully pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and complete a motor vehicle driving record check.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in pest control.
  • Ability to work independently after a training period.
