Position Overview:

As a Lead Software Sales Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and supporting Hilti Tool Services, particularly focusing on ONTrack & Fleet Management in collaboration with local, regional, and global partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct productivity assessments with key clients and devise optimal solutions to enhance their operational processes.
  • Collaborate with the local sales team to boost sales and expand the reach of ONTrack and large Fleet Contracts, aiming to increase the number of Solution Customers.
  • Mentor and train Solution Consultant peers, sharing insights on software usage, best practices, and sales management processes.
  • Provide strategic support and expert knowledge during productivity evaluations.
  • Drive business development initiatives for Hilti software and services within a designated geographic area, targeting both existing and potential clients.
  • Analyze sales performance, assess customer data, and identify key sectors to formulate tactical sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales leadership team to enhance the competence of solution selling through strategic training and discussions.
  • Coordinate efforts among Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members to improve market penetration of Hilti software and services.
  • Oversee pipeline management throughout the sales process, collaborating with the sales team from lead generation to contract finalization.
  • Present tailored solutions to decision-makers alongside the sales management team.
  • Support clients post-contract signing through implementation, training, and ongoing usage of ONTrack and Fleet Management solutions.
  • Facilitate weekly or bi-weekly team meetings to share information and best practices with Solution Managers.
  • Lead discussions on product expertise and available support resources within the sales organization.
  • Prepare local sales teams for product and service launches and upgrades.
  • Engage with customers to uncover new market opportunities relevant to the local landscape.
  • Provide training for both new and existing customers, ensuring a smooth startup and ongoing support.
  • Assist in training new field specialists and ensure readiness for product launches.

Travel Requirements:

This role may require travel up to 50% within a multi-state territory.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Experience in training is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
