- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Banking or Finance, with a focus on lending operations preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or credit union environment, emphasizing lending, operational processes, and management reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial services software solutions and related applications, with a proven ability to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to tailor messages for various audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in managing internal resources to achieve sales goals, with a high degree of creativity and independence.
- Experience in leading and directing teams or projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, with additional graphic design software experience considered an asset.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
