We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Venture Hire Group LLC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and support to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence, including receiving and directing phone calls, and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Greet and sign in all on-site guests warmly and professionally, providing necessary information and assistance.
  • Conduct background screenings for visitors prior to their visit, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Assist project management with customer site visits, including ordering lunch and preparing necessary documents.
  • Negotiate travel contracts for vendors for company travel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company travel policies.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.
  • Assist the finance team with processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, equivalent experience considered.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Compensation:
  • $50,000 Base.
