Job Summary:

Industrial Power Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Southern Oregon. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell products directly to customers through face-to-face interactions, leveraging your knowledge of fluid power systems and components.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions to meet their requirements.


**Requirements:**
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the industrial distribution sector.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Detailed oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
