About the Job

This Outside Sales Territory Manager role at Industrial Power Systems LLC involves developing and maintaining a customer base through direct sales initiatives and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships, generate new business opportunities, and cross-sell/repeat sell to existing customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating efforts with various departments and personnel.
  • Develop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentations, as well as conduct product demonstrations.
Compensation Package

The compensation package includes a competitive salary of approximately $70,000-$90,000 per year, plus commissions after eligibility/waiting period satisfied. Additionally, we offer attractive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, simple IRA investment plan, life insurance, and paid time off (vacation & sick).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience with excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.
  • Experience with industrial distribution preferred, but not necessary.
  • Solid computer skills including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and must be able to perform basic math functions, as well as understand and apply more complex calculations.
