Position Overview:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience is essential.
  • Prior experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is advantageous.

  • Proficient in analyzing financial data and preparing comprehensive financial reports, statements, and forecasts.

  • Analytical mindset focused on process improvement.
  • Proficient in applying numerical and analytical skills to enhance business performance.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, meeting tight deadlines while welcoming constructive feedback.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for financial and internal planning partners by analyzing diverse data sources and providing actionable insights.
  • Serve as the finance liaison for internal business partners.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports, including performance and corporate goals reporting, along with ad-hoc analysis requests.
  • Generate benchmarking and KPI data for business leaders.
  • Engage regularly with senior management to assist in defining and implementing business strategies, ensuring the right questions are asked to identify necessary data.
  • As a key contributor to strategic initiatives, provide financial support for feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and business case development, ensuring sound processes for deriving financial outcomes from projects.
  • Analyze actual performance against planned and historical metrics for both operational and capital expenditures.
  • Identify and promote process enhancements.
  • Participate in impairment review evaluations.
