Position Overview:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Experience:
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience is essential.
Prior experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance is highly desirable.
Experience in retail or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.

Strong ability to collaborate with various business units and engage with clients and vendors.
A strategic mindset coupled with the ability to deliver tactical analysis as required.
Proficient in analyzing financial data and generating comprehensive financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Skilled in developing and implementing policies for effective financial management.
Adept at simplifying complex information.
Results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Analytical thinker focused on process improvement.
Capable of applying quantitative skills to enhance ideas and assess portfolio performance.
Experienced in creating and utilizing complex models for risk assessment.
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, peers, and senior leadership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, manage time effectively under pressure, and accept constructive feedback.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with diverse groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes for financial and internal planning partners by analyzing diverse data sources and translating them into actionable insights.
Serve as the finance liaison for internal business partners.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports, including performance metrics and corporate objectives, along with other ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests.
Provide benchmarking and KPI data to business leaders.
Engage regularly with senior management to assist in defining and executing business strategies, ensuring clarity on data requirements.
As a vital member of strategic initiatives, offer financial support for feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and business case development, ensuring robust processes for deriving financial outcomes from projects.
Analyze actual versus planned performance for both operational and capital expenditures.
Identify and implement process enhancements.
Participate in impairment review evaluations.
Work Environment:
Must possess adequate hearing and vision to perform job functions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards.
