Position Overview:

Educational Background:
A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Professional Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of pertinent experience is necessary.
Prior experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance is highly desirable.
Experience in retail or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.

Key Competencies:
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various business units and engage with clients and vendors.
A strategic mindset with the capability to deliver tactical analysis as required.
Expertise in analyzing financial data and generating comprehensive financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Proficient in developing and implementing policies and procedures for effective financial oversight.
Skilled in simplifying complex data for better understanding.
Results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Analytical thinker focused on process enhancement.
Capable of applying quantitative and analytical skills to support strategic initiatives and portfolio performance.
Demonstrated ability to create and utilize complex models for risk assessment.
Strong interpersonal skills to build robust relationships with team members, peers, and senior leadership.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment, meeting tight deadlines while welcoming constructive feedback.

Advanced proficiency in Excel is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team-oriented with a capacity to collaborate with diverse groups.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the annual planning and monthly forecasting processes by analyzing diverse data sources and converting them into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Serve as the financial support lead for internal partners.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reports, including performance metrics, corporate objectives, and various ad-hoc analyses.
Deliver benchmarking and KPI insights for business leaders.
Engage regularly with senior management to assist in defining and executing business strategies, ensuring the right questions are asked to identify necessary data.
As a vital contributor to strategic initiatives, provide financial insights related to feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and business case development, ensuring the integrity of processes used to derive financial outcomes from projects.
Analyze actual performance against planned and historical data for both operational and capital expenditures.
Identify and implement process enhancements.
Participate in the assessment of impairment reviews.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:
Must possess acceptable hearing and vision levels to fulfill job responsibilities.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional conduct standards.
