Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct stimulus preference assessments to understand individual preferences and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Collect and record behavioral data during therapy sessions, providing valuable insights for treatment planning and improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant experience in behavioral therapy or a related field.
