We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Specialist to join our team at our Somerset, NJ branch. As a Relationship Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our financial products and services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our members, understanding their financial goals and objectives, and providing personalized recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
  • Promote our financial products and services to our members, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our business objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution or related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • A positive attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our members.
