About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Exness Careers. As a key member of our client-facing department, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, uplifting existing mass retail accounts, and retaining high-value clients through a value-driven relationship-based approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client portfolios and contact clients who have stopped or reduced trading with us to understand the reasons.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to address payment issues and provide support and guidance at the start of their user journey.
  • Manage incoming client queries and complaints, and provide solutions and alternatives to meet their needs and concerns.
  • Direct clients to specific outcomes through approved communication channels and prepare activities using available tools, reports, and business insights.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients to generate new business for our products and services.
  • Qualify and onboard existing clients to our premier/high-value program and educate them on our platforms and websites.
  • Stay informed on regulatory changes and trading news to keep clients updated on market conditions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or relevant client-facing roles within the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in native Japanese and English, with excellent presentation skills in Japanese.
  • Excellent convincing and influencing skills, persistence, and critical thinking skills.
  • Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
  • Graduating with a Bachelor's degree is compulsory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work in a team and individually when needed.
  • Willingness to travel for business trips.
