Senior Corporate Relationship Specialist

Citigroup Inc is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Corporate Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients' individual needs.
- Collaborate with Case Managers to ensure the on-boarding and retention of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet.
- Maximize client experience by sharing market updates, trends, and intelligence.
- Drive innovation in the solutions provided to clients and further develop our business where necessary.
- Execute strategic initiatives launched centrally at all levels.
- Network with clients to identify avenues for new business opportunities.
- Administrate the credit relationship of the client, coordinating and supervising the entire process.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies at all times.
- 6-10 years of experience in banking and financial services.
- Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes.
- Demonstrated sound credit skills, including the ability to structure complex deals.
- Advanced level of Early Warning Detection skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and coordinate multi-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure while making sound decisions.
Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
