About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Relationship Specialist to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our Investor Services organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service and provide a positive experience through unparalleled value, excellent service, and proactive communication.
  • Assist the Branch Manager and sales staff in meeting client needs and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Actively uncover and pursue additional business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Schedule clients with Associate Financial Consultants and/or Financial Consultants for further consultation and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience.
  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • A valid and active Series 63 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment).
  • Notary preferred.
  • Minimum 12 months in a client service industry.
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage multiple client situations, needs, and inquiries simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
