Relationship Manager Support Specialist

At First Republic, we prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and colleagues. As a Relationship Manager Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' banking needs and developing long-term relationships through exceptional, personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client expectations and requests while assisting Relationship Managers with day-to-day duties.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Private Banking Officers, and lending personnel to determine loan structure and conduct initial underwriting.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to incoming calls, following up with clients, and resolving client inquiries and requests.
  • Support the loan process, preparing pre-approval letters, gathering loan documentation, and setting up initial loan files.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and assist with special marketing projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic underwriting and credit knowledge.
  • Knowledge of various First Republic Bank products and programs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to provide extraordinary client service.
