Community Blood Bank Development Representative

We are seeking a motivated Territory Account Representative to develop and service group accounts in our designated territory, covering counties in the Davidson, Sumner, and South Kentucky area.
About the RoleThis role involves calling on current and potential accounts to plan and support blood drives for collecting life-saving blood products. As a Territory Account Representative, you will travel 3-4 days per week within the territory with minimal overnight travel required.
You will work closely with operations teams to successfully meet monthly collection goals and develop positive relationships with community and organization leaders to build support for our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential accounts to increase blood drive participation and collections.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of blood drive logistics.
- Travel within the designated territory to conduct account visits and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of account interactions, sales activities, and progress towards collection goals.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Outside sales experience with a bachelor's degree or prior related work experience.
- Customer service, retail, or event planning experience is preferred.
- A high degree of creativity, positive energy, advanced problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Polished, professional, and compassionate communication skills to educate, influence, negotiate, and secure business agreements.
- Self-confidence in making group presentations to the public, business, and community leaders.
- Flexibility and adaptability to be effective in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Data management and computer skills with advanced organizational skills to manage multiple tasks quickly and simultaneously.
- The ability to work independently as a self-starter who can get community partners excited about our life-saving mission and consistently meet blood collection goals.
We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits including:
