Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at First Horizon Bank.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $35,000 and $50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Accurately Process Banking Transactions: Effectively manage cash handling, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Promote Financial Products and Services: Educate customers about various financial products and services offered by First Horizon, identifying opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Follow Policies and Procedures: Adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating basic education and communication skills.
  • 1+ Year of Related Experience: Bring a minimum of one year of experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, or related fields, with a strong understanding of banking operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as experience with a 10-key calculator.
